Heating and operating costs

If you have received a heating and/or operating costs statement, you must submit it immediately.

If the bill results in an additional payment, this can be covered if the costs for accommodation and consumption are reasonable and you are receiving benefits in the month in which the payment is due.

Any credit balances or credits from bills will be deducted from your rent costs in the month after receipt.
