Heating and Operating Costs

If you have received a heating and/or operating costs statement, you must submit it immediately.

Please note that you must not submit original documents by mail or in person. These will be destroyed upon scanning. Therefore, please submit copies only.

If the statement results in an additional payment, this may be covered provided that the costs for housing and utilities are reasonable and you are receiving benefits in the month the payment is due.

Credits or refunds from statements will be deducted from your rent in the month following receipt.
