What is a potential analysis?

The potential analysis forms the basis for our joint collaboration. We will discuss with you to identify your strengths, knowledge, and skills. In doing so, we will consider your aptitudes and inclinations in relation to possible occupations and determine any support options that may be necessary.

What happens during the initial consultation?

Thinking about your first contact may raise questions and make you feel uncertain. We would like to explain how the first meeting with your integration specialist at the employment agency will proceed.
As a rule, all clients

• strengths- and potential-oriented profiling is carried out,
• jointly set a goal,
• agreed on the strategy or strategies for achieving the objective, including the manner and time frame, and
• A cooperation plan has been agreed upon. This describes the "common thread" for further cooperation.

What happens during the follow-up meeting?

The current situation is discussed jointly in follow-up meetings. Previous activities are reviewed and the contents of the cooperation plan are examined to determine whether they are still valid.

If necessary, agreed activities and support services are updated and adapted to the individual's personal situation. Follow-up discussions are particularly important in terms of the continuity and consistency of the integration process. They are crucial to the successful completion of the integration process.

Can I get reimbursed for travel expenses for a personal appointment?

If the job center has asked you to attend an appointment in person, your travel expenses will be reimbursed. Please ask the person you are meeting with at the appointment for the "Application for reimbursement of travel expenses for the appointment."

What is case management?

The aim of case management is to improve the chances of integration for people in difficult life situations. These obstacles can have many causes, such as a complete or partial lack of childcare, loss of qualifications, lack of professional experience, demotivation, debt, housing shortages, health restrictions, or even addiction problems.

Of course, it is not always easy to talk openly about problems. For many people, however, the support provided by case management offers an opportunity to reconnect with society and still "get a job."
Through targeted contacts in a trusting atmosphere, case managers work with their clients to develop prospects for the future and plan individual steps to achieve the agreed goals. Support services from third parties (e.g., debt counseling) can also be included in this process.
