The goal of case management is to improve the chances of integration for people in difficult life situations. These obstacles can have a variety of causes, such as a complete or partial lack of childcare, loss of qualifications, lack of work experience, demotivation, debt, housing shortages, health limitations, or even addiction issues.
Of course, it is not always easy to speak openly about problems. For many people, however, support through case management offers a chance to reconnect with society and ultimately “find work.”
Through targeted outreach in a trusting atmosphere, your integration specialist works together with your clients to develop a vision for the future and plan specific steps toward achieving the agreed-upon goals. Support services from third parties (e.g., debt counseling) can also be incorporated into this process.
